Tom Laird is an experienced call center and customer service operator, business executive, published author, and podcast host.

Tom has over 25 years of experience in call center operations as an owner/operator in the BPO’s call center space working with clients that range from startups to the largest fortune 100 organizations.

Tom has published two books on call center operations, “Advice from a Call Center Geek” and “MORE Advice from a Call Center Geek!”. He is also the host of the call center operations podcast by the same name.
