What brought you to Vaco? What drew your interest?
A good friend of mine, Lisa Sanesanong, referred me to Vaco. I was excited to plant my roots with a company I could grow with in Kansas City.

Why should anyone choose Vaco SF for Managed Services/Contingent Workforce?
Vaco SF cares about the needs of our clients and we pride ourselves in exceeding client goals. We also strive to deliver the quickest turnaround time for client needs.

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career? Explain.
Moving from Portland, OR to Kansas City. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find the right type of work in Kansas, but I ended up finding a position that has turned out to be the most challenging and rewarding position I’ve ever held!

What’s the best thing about working at Vaco?
From day one, I got the sense that Vaco really cares about their people. They go the extra mile to invest in their employees and to also show appreciation for a job well done. It’s a great feeling to work for a company whose actions prove how much they value their employees.

Describe your work style.
I love a team-oriented environment where collaboration is encouraged and I also appreciate having the freedom to work independently on projects that I can tackle on my own. I love that I have a mix of both of these styles in my current role as an Engagement Manager. Variety is the spice of life!
