What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career?
Selling my growing IT consulting & staffing company in 2009 (Ascent Services Group). Convincing the other founders was extremely challenging, we eventually found a common reason to move forward with an exhaustive process. I am grateful to their trust in my leadership to identify and execute the best possible exit strategy for the founders and the company.

Vaco’s new and disruptive model “Onshore Services-Offshore Prices” helps provide better technology consulting services to our customers and creates jobs for candidates, being one of the leaders of this effort to pioneer the new concept and execute successfully is an amazing experience.
