Vaco SF Team

Head of Program Management

Rob Riddle

What brought you to Vaco? What drew your interest?

I wanted to be a part of a smaller, growing company which offered me the chance to leverage the skills I’ve acquired in my career.

Why should anyone choose Vaco SF for Managed Services/Contingent Workforce?

VACO efficiently addresses a company’s resource issues from the first minute until the support is unnecessary.

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career?

For me it is always the decisions that I know will negatively impact people. They are tough in the sense that, together, I know we’ve failed to find a solution.

What’s the best thing about working at Vaco?

So far it is the can-do attitude and positive outlook I see in everyone. This was very critical to my decision to join as that situation is always necessary for innovation and creativity.

Describe your work style.

My work style is pretty intense when it comes to meeting expectations surrounding what we’re doing, but it is also with a desire to have fun doing it. That is to say, I want to be clear on what we’re doing and why, but I’d like for everyone to recognize how co-workers can help each other and keep the team strong. You’ll find I love to laugh a lot and joke (too much?) at work. I guess it’s also my way of getting through the challenges.
