What brought you to Vaco? What drew your interest?
I wanted to be part of a company that would allow me to grow and evolve with it. I also saw it as a great opportunity to learn from an involved and intelligent leadership that would push me to challenge myself professionally.
Why should anyone choose Vaco SF for Managed Services/Contingent Workforce?
I believe Vaco provides their business partners with a tremendous amount of adaptability and flexibility while simultaneously investing in and advocating for their own employees.
What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career? Explain.
Rather than point to a specific example I’d say that the toughest decisions are the ones that will impact the lives of others and/or involve conflicts between reason and emotion.
What’s the best thing about working at Vaco?
I’m very appreciative of the autonomy that I have but above all else I genuinely enjoy the ambitious, creative and interesting individuals that I work with.
Describe your work style.
I like to think of myself as an efficient multi-tasker who prefers a measured big picture approach but can adapt and react to change quickly. I accomplish the most when I’ve got headphones on (specifically while listening to Bone Thugs N Harmony’s Eternal 1999 album) but am most content when working with and bouncing ideas off others. I have very high expectations of the teams and individuals I manage but prefer to give them free reign to exceed those expectations in the manner that works best for them.
