What brought you to Vaco? What drew your interest?
I was referred by a friend that worked at Vaco and it seemed to have a very attractive work atmosphere. It looked exactly like: “Free Yourself”, which was a transition that I really needed at the time.

Vaco works collectively as a team to provide. The company is continually growing its already vast diversity of talent, which allows us to be able to seek and find ideas and solutions within the team to ensure that our clients’ needs are met, and our employees are supported.

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career? Explain.
Leaving a job where I was comfortable but not happy, even if it meant I would be taking a financial sacrifice. This leap definitely validated my reason for leaving; that my happiness plays a big part in my well-being. That decision eventually lead to me to Vaco later down the road.

What’s the best thing about working at Vaco?
The team! Everyone is always so willing to lend a helping hand. It’s important to have a great team that you vibe well with.

Describe your work style.
I like to keep busy and help anyway I can, especially when there is a time crunch. It’s a good, productive feeling to check off items on your to-do list.
