What brought you to Vaco? What drew your interest?
In the middle of my post-grad job search, a recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn about an opportunity in Austin. I did my research and found a lot of positive feedback online about Vaco. I decided to join the Vaco nation and haven’t looked back since.

Why should anyone choose Vaco SF for Managed Services/Contingent Workforce?
I’m continually reminded how unique the culture is at Vaco. Not every company is capable of operating at a global scale while maintaining interpersonal relationships with employees at every level.

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career? Explain.
Moving from sales to the legal field early on in my tenure was a tough decision. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but that position led me to my current role. Life has a funny way of working itself out.

What’s the best thing about working at Vaco?
One of the things I enjoy most about working at Vaco is the level of autonomy each team member is given. If you excel in your role, you’ll be presented with opportunities to carve your own path.

Word that best describes you?
Focused

Favorite Quote:
“Life is what happens when you’re busy making other plans.”

Describe your work style.
I prefer a back and forth collaborative effort. When presented with a challenge, I’ll typically formulate my own approach, consult my colleagues to get their input, then decide how to proceed. Even if you stick to your original plan, it’s important to discuss alternate perspectives.
