What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career?
In one of my last employment the directive is to develop and implement business processes by aligning to the newly adopted enterprise policies and governance programs. While I had the choice to cut corners and justify the delay, and knowing the underlying risk faced by early adopters, I chose to be the initiator in saving millions of dollars for the company and boosted the image of our group leadership. It was challenging to get agreement from my other partners to get engaged with me.
