What brought you to Vaco? What drew your interest?
When I was first introduced to the company, I was really inspired by the innovative business practices that Vaco brought towards the staffing industry. That element combined with Vaco’s encouraging, entrepreneurial style approach made this company feel like the perfect match from day one.

Why should anyone choose Vaco SF for Managed Services/Contingent Workforce?
It’s simple. We’ll do whatever it takes in order to get the job done. We tailor our business in a way that best suits your staffing needs. We’re affordable, we’re reliable and we love what we do!

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career?
The toughest business decision I’ve made at this point in my career would have to be finally deciding to relocate back home after college. I stayed a couple extra years after graduating and was starting to get myself established in Portland. Although I had built a foundation there, my career wasn’t quite going in the direction I had envisioned. So I decided to quit my job and leave it all behind to start fresh in California. I followed my heart and it was probably one of the better decisions I’ve made in my life.

What’s the best thing about working at Vaco?
I love that in working here at Vaco you really feel like you are your own boss. I’m the type of person that’s very self-motivated. I absolutely hate being micro-managed. In working here, I’m allowed the freedom to create my own strategies and infrastructure for how I plan to build my brand of business. That’s just a really rewarding feeling and something you don’t find at every company.

Describe your work style.
I’d define my style as being abstract. I try to make sure that every day, every position, every interaction feels different. For me it’s what makes my job fun. By approaching it with that mindset I believe I’ll not only be able to achieve my goals but also have fun doing it.
