What brought you to Vaco? What drew your interest?
I worked with Jim for many years at a previous company, so when he had an opening, he asked me to join. What drew me here was the opportunity to work with Jim again and run my own SFDC Practice.

Why should anyone choose Vaco SF for Managed Services/Contingent Workforce?
We have a dedicated team that can deliver, providing our clients fast and efficient results.

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career?
The toughest business decision I’ve made, was over 10 years ago when I decided to go into recruiting. My rookie year as a recruiter was the worst time of my life. I had just moved into the City with no money and I went into work every day wondering if today was the day I was going to get fired. It was the most stressful thing. It was a risk coming from a stable non sales type role to a position that was all governed by metrics. But life is about new challenges and taking risks. It has been the best decision I’ve made thus far.

What’s the best thing about working at Vaco?
Working with my team and the flexibility that Vaco can provide.

Describe your work style.
This business is not an 8-5 kind of job. My cell phone is never turned off and my emails are never shut down.
