For over 20 years Joyce was President of the nationally recognized Telatron Marketing Group, Inc. where under her direction the company saw revenues go from 0 to over 20 million dollars a year. A full-service customer service/contact center, Telatron handled sales and support for many fortune 500 organizations including many of the top 10 largest US commercial banking organizations.

Joyce Covatto is now the Executive VP and Head of Client Support for Expivia Interaction Marketing Group.
