What brought you to Vaco? What drew your interest?
I had recently finished my non-compete and was introduced to the Raleigh Vaco office through a business acquaintance. At the time, I was already interviewing with 3 other firms before being introduced to Vaco. I was reluctant to go for the interview because I had several good relationships at all the other firms. After talking with one of my mentors, I decided to go through with it. Without a doubt, that was the best business decision I could have made for the next chapter in my career.

Why should anyone choose Vaco SF for Managed Services/Contingent Workforce?
Having been in the IT field for 25 years, I have been exposed to many different business cultures globally, both from the client side as well as from my employment side. I can say that the Vaco SF team is one of the strongest, most cohesive, well-oiled operations that continues to deliver on any clients request day after day. The mindset that the Vaco SF team embraces to make sure the client is satisfied is second to none. I am ecstatic to be a part of their team.

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career? Explain.
Same as mentioned above. Deciding to accept an offer with Vaco over the other 3 companies that I had already met with and had good relationships with was tough.

What’s the best thing about working at Vaco?
There are so many amazing things that I could mention about working for Vaco, but I’ll try my best to narrow it down to 2:
Culture – I work with some of the most talented and caring people in the world that truly want to make Vaco the best place to work, thrive and be the best business partners we can be to our clients.
Innovative – While working with previous employers in the past, we were often instructed not to step outside of our wheelhouse which became very frustrating at times. Working with Vaco is different. We are encouraged to collaborate, innovate, partner with, and seek to understand whatever it will take deliver for our clients, both locally and globally.
