I was working at WholeFoods as a Specialty team member when I was contacted by a recruiter. I loved the idea of working on a localization project.

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career? Explain.
The toughest decision I ever made was to close down my own online retail business. With change in import policies, my business plan was no longer viable. I found it hard because I put in a lot of work and sacrifice to start my own business.

The freedom to move around. You can move to different teams if the opportunity presents itself so you’ll never be bored with your work.

I like to think of myself that I lead by example. I like to join my team in the trenches and get my hands dirty.
