What brought you to Vaco? What drew your interest?
I was looking for a career change and was able to land a position on The Google Trusted Stores Team through Vaco. A year into the position, I got introduced into recruiting and have enjoyed everything about it. I have since transitioned into recruiting full-time.

I’ve said it before and will continue to say it, Vaco really cares about their clients. We do our best to always stay connected. Vaco always has the best interest in all team members and we want to continue to help in the development of their careers.

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career?
I don’t really think there are any tough business decisions. If it’s worth it, take the risk!

What’s the best thing about working at Vaco?
The Team. The Team. The Team! From all the people at our recruiting office, to our team members at Google. I’ve gotten to renew some old friendships and make a bunch of new ones. They make every day enjoyable!
