What brought you to Vaco? What drew your interest?
Actually, a recruiter found me the week I was laid off by my previous employer. After talking to the super friendly recruiter and learning about Vaco, I had a good feeling about the company and knew this was the right place to jump-start my career.

Why should anyone choose Vaco SF for Managed Services/Contingent Workforce?
Mainly because Vaco cares about both sides being happy: stakeholders and employees. If employees are happy, the chances of increasing productivity and quality are higher.

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career?
While it was mainly a personal decision, coming back to work after maternity leave. It was also a business decision since financially it didn’t make much sense at the time. I decided to invest in my career to be able to build a better future for myself and eventually positively impact my family. Now I know I made the right choice.

What’s the best thing about working at Vaco?
Growth! Having great support on growing professionally and within the company.

Describe your work style.
I’d say a combination of analytical and expressive. I’m very visual and inclined to creative projects, so I like materials to be ‘pretty’ and colorful, while I always like to have data to justify my actions.
