What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career? Explain.
Becoming a manager! I’ve always felt I was a strong individual contributor, but never had an opportunity to exercise my skills as a leader. It has been a learning experience, but I’m thankful every day for the role, and the confidence in my ability to succeed in it.
