Vaco offered me a great opportunity to join the Legal Removals team when it first formed. Since then Vaco became my second home. I’ve been with the company for more than 4 years during which time I took on multiple roles and advanced my career. I love the flexibility and great work environment that Vaco offers.

As a manager, I’ve been described as a democratic leader. I truly believe in the saying two heads are better than one. I always listen to the input of my agents before making a decision. In fact, even wellness outings get decided by popular vote.
