I was recommended for my current position by a friend, though the opportunity to get in the door at such a great company and in such a great situation made Vaco extremely attractive.

The freedom to approach a role from the way you think is best.

I am always looking to solve problems, avoiding dwelling on them when the arise and rather immediately determining the wisest path to solving it. Calm, thoughtful focus on achieving the ultimate goal of your work as a “North Star” has never steered me wrong.
