Definitely when I had the opportunity to connect with Farah she was very instrumental and really advocated on my behalf. Meeting with Farah, Frances and Lindsey was pretty significant along with just the overall culture of the office. Everyone loves to have a good time, doesn’t take themselves too seriously but is very successful in their own right even though you might never know it.

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career? Explain.
Business is so intertwined with life, making the decision to move from Seattle to Miami, (2 opposite ends of the coast, 3000 miles away), one of which I had spent my entire life, was a big decision that required so many different adjustments in working with others and understanding the structure of practices and emerging teams at the organization.

What’s the best thing about working at Vaco?
I feel like the culture is like nothing I’ve ever seen before; everyone really enjoys what they do and is invested in the success of others along with their own personal successes. I think that all starts with our great leadership.

Describe your work style?
I like to constantly have different challenges thrown my way and not ever be focused on one task. I enjoy working with many different teams and constantly being exposed to different industries, roles and disciplines.
