The Haiburiddo9 Model, which in Japanese translates to Hybrid 9, refers to working from home and working in a Vaco office for 9 days a month. We stand by our commitment to both people-first and our culture of innovation. We have created a system of prevention and recovery from potential threats. The plan ensures that personnel and assets are protected and are able to function quickly in the event of a disaster, like Covid-19. In addition to prevention, the goal is to enable ongoing operations before and during execution of disaster recovery.
WFH Resources
We offer ongoing initiatives to maintain employee well-being. Many of those initiatives include Yoga & meditation classes, counseling, self-care webinars, and more. This end-to-end, tailored well-being support enables Vaco to recruit and retain top talent, and it results in agents feeling supported and empowered in their roles, and as individuals. The Haiburiddo9 Model, Fostering great team spirit means maintaining workplace camaraderie while you are working remote or in-office. There is no better place to adopt this than in the office. This model allows the flexibility to work from home and in a fully equipped Vaco office.

Our well-being program operates on metrics-based approaches to improving and maintaining employee wellness and resilience on the risk of the workflow, like the frequency of exposure to specific content. Support throughout employee life cycle will be provided; Hiring, Onboarding, Developing/Tracking, Offboarding and Program Evolution.
Vaco Hub
Our WFH solutions have been effective before Covid-19 changed how we live and work. Having the experience to hire and manage teams nationwide and internationally has also provided us the experience to make our process successful. We also have existing Hubs to fulfill client and employee options with focus on 40+ existing AMER, EMEA, and APAC locations with the ability to expand as needed. These Hubs are equipped and client approved.
