Technical Services Consultant

Location: San Jose, CA /Austin, TX / Bothell, WA

Job Description

Technical Services Consultant will work directly with a myriad of stakeholders to provide best in class tool support. This role will be responsible for vendor enablement functions including training, documentation, quality assurance and process optimization. You will look for opportunities to continuously evolve our processes, products and the vendor program. A key role will be ensuring that the team and our supporting agents have the right knowledge, skills and process to provide world-class service to our Sellers.

This is a vendor role with Vaco for a client’s team, a Fortune 100 company. This position is currently on-site  until further notice.

Schedule Requirements:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (some flexibility with start time). MT time preferred to collaborate with stakeholders in other time zones
  • May be asked to work outside your core business hours
