Oversee a team of content analysts working on review of content which is servable over the client’s ad network that are viewable by users and advertisers. The team lead is expected to make sure that major productivity, business and quality metrics are met and be acting as a source of expertise for content analysts. Responsibilities also include identifying areas for improvement of guidelines as well as internal processes. Additionally, team leads are also responsible for creating strategies to reach targets, analyzing content in a more efficient way and strategies for effective quality assurance. The position calls for consistent accuracy and flexibility as the team lead will ensure the integrity of the client’s product and services offered to advertisers.
