Sr. Director of Operations – Content Moderation
Job Description
Are you passionate for ensuring the validity and professionalism of content while leading a BPO operation? If so, Vaco is looking for a top-performing Sr Director of Operations to focus on expanding its Bay Area footprint.
Vaco provides BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and Managed Services Solutions to global enterprise clients. The firm has 1.5 billion in revenue with 50 offices throughout the US and 5 offices internationally.
The Team
Vaco’s San Francisco Practice is growing and expanding exponentially with the growth of its local Vaco Digital Operations Center. Our Sr Director of Operations will direct their efforts to capturing strategic digitalization while balancing freedom of expression and maintaining a healthy online community.
In addition to having deep expertise leading BPO, Managed Services, Consulting or scaled staffing; we are looking for the following:
What you will do
- Manage 200+ content moderation operation and/or BPO
- Develop understanding of Vaco's portfolios and offerings
- Undestand current market conditions of potential Clients
- Educate target clients on Vaco San Francisco’s innovative philosophes for providing innovative, full service managed services and staffing solutions to our Clients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in professional services sales: User protection, Maintaining platform integrity, Compliance with legal regulations
- Minimum 3 years’ experience presenting business reviews to C-Suite executives
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading a content moderation operation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
- Deep content moderation expertise from large digital platform
- Bachelor's degree
