Sr. Director of Banking Implementation

Job Description

The Implementation Director has the responsibility of overseeing the processes and activities involved with integrating organizations. This includes engaging business and technical stakeholders from participating organizations in the planning and new implementation of banking software systems.


  • Lead a team of highly motivated managers who manage individual projects, educate participants on their roles and responsibilities
  • Define and continuously look for opportunities to improve implementation processes to increase our effectiveness, productivity and quality of information
  • Establish and deliver against implementation targets consistent
  • Track and monitor progress on implementation activities to ensure that established service levels and on-time delivery goals are met, obstacles are rapidly resolved and opportunities for improvement are surfaced
  • Oversee the data quality validation (QA activities) of information provided by our participants and internally developed interfaces
  • Establish a service culture within the implementation team to support interaction with technical, business and clinical owners within participant organizations
  • Identify and implement process improvements, collateral, and tools to streamline the implementation process and help participants fulfill their obligations


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years in Information Technology project management leadership positions
  • 5 + years’ experience in banking/financial services systems implementation
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise banking software systems such as Fiserv, Cadence, Dynamo, etc.
  • Experience interacting with end users, project managers, business teams and leaders, external vendor partners and technical resources
  • Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience
  • Customer-first attitude and high performance driven individual
  • Strong attention to detail with project and process management skill set and experience
  • Experience in process improvements to enhance quality output
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of project management principles including project planning, defining roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to build and maintain respectful, productive internal and external relationships, that are professional, encourage collaboration, ensure accountability and allow the achievement of mutual objectives and strategies
