Are you passionate about social media and the impact it has on everyday business? If so, Vaco is looking for a top-performing Social Media Marketing Specialist to focus on designing our social media campaigns over the next 6 months.

Vaco provides BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and Managed Services Solutions to global enterprise clients. The firm has 1.5 billion in revenue with 50 offices throughout the US and 5 offices internationally.

In addition to having a proven track record executing digital marketing campaigns. Your practical expertise spans across organic social media strategy and management. You have a keen eye for analyzing social data/metrics, and a commitment to discovering solutions that enhance campaigns. Bringing the WOW factor as you develop strategy and implement cohesive content that engages audiences across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, blogs, and more.

What you will do

Collaborate with the local leadership team to align digital marketing campaigns by developing, coordinating, and reporting on organic social media campaigns
Implement and build social campaigns
Own organic social media posting and listening
Develop client-facing guides, videos, and trainings for executive and corporate account management
Take the lead on bringing innovative tools and solutions to social media strategies including AI
Provide strategic social media mentorship and training to internal teams
Be known as the subject matter expert and stay up to date on best practices and trends within social media
