Service Delivery Lead

Location: Silicon Valley/South Bay (Preferred)

Job Description

Service Delivery Lead provides and is responsible for the day to day operations and communications of the project. Also responsible for overall department KPIs met and personnel development. This job description outlines the management, business and operations responsibilities of Vaco SF @ Client Service Delivery Lead role.

Requirements (MUST)

2+ years experience managing vendor operations or leading a team of 10+ agents in client project
Professional leadership, management, communication and collaboration skills
Experience in vendor management processes including managing multiple vendors in multi-year contracts and execution of outsourcing projects
Prior experience of having supporting US/EMEA based clients in a fast changing product environment
2+ year of experience in client relationship management in VACO project
Ability to deal with multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholder issues and driving towards pragmatic decisions/actions
Overall work experience of 3+ years with a track record of increasing responsibility
BA/BS degree
Strong communication skills and ability to influence people to contribute to continuous improvement of operations
