Program Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of our employee training programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, project management, and evaluation of training programs. They will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our training programs align with business goals and employee development needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs, design training programs, and evaluate program effectiveness
Manage the instructional design process from needs assessment to evaluation, including developing training materials, facilitator guides, and e-learning modules
Manage the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, facilitation, and participant communication
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for program improvements as necessary
Ensure that all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Manage the budget for training programs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business goals
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating employee training programs
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools
Knowledge of learning management systems and experience in managing e-learning platforms
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
