Seeking discerning individuals plugged into internet technologies at the intersection of crisis, geopolitical and user harm issues. You will be working on the leading edge of fast-developing issues like the spread of misinformation and potential breaches of election integrity.

This is a vendor role with Vaco, for our client, a Fortune 100 company. This position is hybrid at our North Austin location.

Candidates can expect a fast-paced, energetic environment working on a team that delivers high-impact awareness of world events. Successful candidates will be able to scan a variety of online sources to detect and accurately escalate issues of concern to our client. Strong communication skills and ease of working with multiple tools with fast-evolving technology are essential for this position.

Schedule Requirements:

• You may be asked to work outside of your core hours due to business necessity
• Core business hours vary depending on the shift. Rotating days off. This is not a standard Monday-Friday position. Must be open to working weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Potential shifts:
  • Morning (7am-3:30pm CST)
  • Swing (3pm-11:30pm CST)
  • Currently Available: Overnight (11pm-7:30am CST)
