Data Analyst for Data Insights
Location: Remote (possibly on-site in San Jose in the future)
Languages: English
Role Objective
To perform both quantitative and qualitative data research and analysis for a variety of our client’s Search Ads projects. The Data Analyst is expected to perform mega data management and analysis accurately and consistently as a creative and detail oriented member of a fast paced team, which analyzes and optimizes the client’s ad network based on the client’s policy guidelines to drive more traffic to customer domains. High quality deliverables are expected.
Responsibilities
- Import/export, and organize data to perform quantitative analysis
- Qualify the analysis by executing logical and meaningful qualitative suggestions
- Understanding the constantly changing business needs, and acting flexibly and adaptively
- Deliver high quality outcomes consistently and accurately within the expected deadlines
Skills & Qualifications
- Native or professional fluency in English
- At least two years of undergraduate education or equivalent experience
- Must be able to perform tasks quickly and accurately
- Ability to distill actionable insights from quantitative analysis
- Excellent communication skills (both written & oral), and ability to explain complex/technical concepts to a wider audience
- Great eye for detail and highly motivated
- Excellent technical and computer skills: GSuite software (i.e. Google doc/sheet/slide)
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with technical writing such as;
- Ability to write advanced SQL queries
- Experience with Python/Javascript
Additional Attributes
- Native fluency in one of the following languages: Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish
- Knowledge of Google Adwords/Ad products
