Job Description

Corporate Accounting Manager, CPA – Our Client is seeking a strong Corporate Accounting Manager for their Headquarters located on the Peninsula. This is a classic corporate accounting manager covering the GL, Month end close, Financial statement consolidation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years related work experience at the corporate level.
  • CPA required
  • Must have experience with consolidation, intercompany, accruals, and month end.
  • Prior supervisory experience ideal
  • Excellent communication and able to analyze and present the financial results.
  • Public company experience

Responsibilities

  • Financial statement preparation, analysis, and detailed monthly & quarterly reporting.
  • Strong general ledger month end close for multiple entities, eliminate inter-company transactions, and prepare consolidated financial results.
  • Set and comply with internal controls, policies & procedures.
  • Liaise Corporate Headquarters and also with external CPA firm.
  • Supervise department general accounting department including GL Staff, accounts receivable (AR) & accounts payable (AP).
  • Manage all account & bank reconciliations.
