The Knowledge team is looking for a Content Editor to review and edit sales content (documents, presentations, and trainings) to ensure our content meets our guidelines for sales materials. You’ll join a team of content reviewers, editors, data associates, and Knowledge Managers working on our internal KnowledgeHub. KnowledgeHub is one of the most widely used tools in our sales organization, and helps our global sales force find the content they need throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
You will review and edit sales content (documents, presentations, and trainings) -- becoming expertly familiar with our guidelines for sales materials.
You will review various forms of content to ensure continuity in metadata tagging and naming conventions in line with Google guidelines and quality of various content in KnowledgeHub.
You will assist in facilitating content audits and where appropriate, contact content owners to ensure proper management of content to ensure content is up-to-date and is maintained by content owners in line with Google requirements.
You will assist in the curation of new data and subsequent upload of relevant documents to KnowledgeHub.
You will bring a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy to the content review process while never losing sight of the Knowledge team’s overarching goals for the content review.
You will collaborate closely with content owners to revise and edit language that does not meet our guidelines.
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant work experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Good communicator, professional experience in a workplace/office environment
Ability to work with tight daily deadlines
Analytical Google Sheets experience
Tech savviness, familiarity with Google products is helpful
