Vaco provides BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and Managed Services Solutions to global enterprise clients. The firm has 1.5 billion in revenue with 50 offices throughout the US and 5 offices internationally.

In addition to having the expertise to ensure organizational alignment with strategic priorities and drive the integration of best practices; we are looking for the following:

What you will do

Develop, manage, and evaluate high-profile, strategic projects/programs/initiatives involving multiple organizations from planning to post-implementation phases as required
Develop strategic plans, project charters, and performance metrics in support of business objectives
Expert analytical skills for project evaluation including analysis of complex projects with economic, financial, risk, and decision analysis
Proficient in business case development and ability to effectively present business cases to business leadership
Develop an understanding of Vaco’s portfolios and offerings

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a mix of either strategy consulting, private equity, business/sales operations, strategy, business analytics, strategic finance or similar functions
Minimum 3 years of experience presenting business reviews to C-Suite executives.
MBA from a Top 25 MBA Program Required
Ability to create well-reasoned, compelling business cases based on both quantitative and qualitative insights
Comfort with ambiguity and moving initiatives forward through methodical hypothesis testing
Ability to analyze complex business processes and systems, interpret and recommend alternative courses of action, and implement intervention strategies to attain performance targets
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
